About the Author

Anita is a highly-qualified and trained Pilates Instructor, working in a fully equipped Pilates Studio in Hastings, East Sussex. She has has a background in ballet, and hold two comprehensive Pilates qualifications, one in Traditional Pilates, the other as a BASI Pilates instructor. She is very popular among her clients, as one of them observes, ‘After my sessions with Anita, I really feel a difference.
